Breakfast was OK but it was free so that is fine. I stayed here this time based off of a great first time I stayed here especially enjoying the lobby entertainment but the combo bartender/music guy wouldn’t play anything at all and didn’t know how to make any drinks so that was disappointing. Otherwise I love the location being so close to the winners/loser area. The Mexican restaurant outfront has such great food and UNBEATABLE happy hour specials. It is a bit of a walk to the main Broadway bars but I knew that and that is what we preferred but keep it in mind if you want to be close. I would also always recommend walking in groups through Nashville so if you plan to walk alone late at night from the main scene Nashville - do not stay here but it’s easily accessible by Uber if you are alone. Very pet friendly, super clean, very cozy, great desk staff.

Clean, welcoming and all of the Staff were excellent. I had everything I needed and replenished while on my stay at the Hayes Street Hotel. Steps away from Vanderbilt University. Kelly, Leslie, Maxwell, & all the Valets were extremely nice and knowledgeable of the areas I wanted to venture to. Their staff at the Hayes Street Hotel helped me navigate the city parts I never had b4. I found this helpful to not waste any of my days in Nashville. Being on the West Side closest to Vanderbilt had given me more places to explore and find using an ebike. Points of interest like where the locals would be. Especially music venues like the Brooklynn BOWL and Exit In as well.

The location is great! It is deceiving if looking at a map, but it really is good. Lots of local food and drinking places all around you, as well as coffee, fast food, and a dollar general a few blocks down. Very convenient for stocking up for your hotel room, or if not wanting to go far for meals or snacks. Also a block away from a car rental place. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I appreciated that the entry doors locked 12am-6am. Shower was fine, pillows and bed were fine. Fridge was typical hotel size, and worked just fine. Good amount of drawer space for 2, if not 3. Very reasonably priced for the area.

location perfect, 10 min from center of Nashville room perfect, spacious and clean, silent and filled with all the facilities the check in was supposed to be at 3pm but they let us in at 8am and that was very kind. The staff was helpful. If you have the car there is the parking spot right outside on the street for free or the one supervised but you have to pay. Only part that we didn’t really enjoy was the breakfast, which was a little poor… Overall 9.5/10. I will chose it again

The first concern for this trip was the location, it was perfect for our needs. Next, it was pet-friendly, again, perfect. Lastly, the room rate was also great compared to similar hotels nearby. While parking is valet only, we found it worth the additional costs for this trip, and the valets were quick and always had our vehicle ready by the time we came down to the lobby. I liked the convenience of sending them a text to request my vehicle. The room was clean and comfortable.
